Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality management across wind project execution, ensuring turbine deliveries meet customer specs and Nordex standards. You will collaborate with project teams, manufacturing, site quality, suppliers, and customers to identify and resolve quality issues, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Project Quality Management or related technical project environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, or equivalent quality systems.
• Experience with supplier quality management and customer-facing programs.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North America and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary quality representative for customers during project execution.
• Develop and manage Project Quality Plans for North American projects.
• Coordinate customer audits and inspections and manage resulting actions.
• Lead non-conformity resolution and verify long-term corrective actions.
• Support installation quality activities and project handovers.
