Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a systems-focused professional to ensure regulatory compliance and guidance for wind turbine products across North America. You will coordinate with third parties and interface with engineering and supply chain teams to interpret standards and implement compliant designs.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, independent work within established guidelines, and the ability to manage small projects while driving consistent performance and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, or general equipment manufacturing.
• Strong, self-directed, collaborative team player with interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and 3D models.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and understands applicable standards required by Law for Wind Turbines in North America.
• Coordinate with independent third parties for product compliance and certification work.
• Interact with outside engineering firms or government agencies to provide product compliance.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of technical standards and apply them in design processes.
• Lead small projects with low risks and bring teams to consensus.
• Explain information and set performance expectations.
