Mercy offers a Win From Within program at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, providing tuition support up to $10,000 per year for nursing prerequisites and the Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a hospital-based role such as Patient Care Associate or Nurse Tech.
• Must sign a contract agreeing to work 1–3 years at Mercy South after graduation (depending on years funded).
