• Agreement to sign a contract to work 1–3 years after graduation at Mercy Washington.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and hospital-based support tasks.
• Support Mercy's Win From Within program and contribute to a smooth transition to practice.
