CPI Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative in Wilmington, NC. You will design, present, and sell security and automation solutions to commercial clients, generating and pursuing leads to meet sales targets. The role offers a base plus commissions and a path for growth within a supportive team.

You will work with customers to identify needs, design solutions, and close deals while representing a company that emphasizes community safety and a strong, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Highly driven and motivated with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Strong time-management and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and professional credibility to influence decision-makers.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce) is a plus.

CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Wilmington, NC!Our Commercial Sales Representatives will design, present and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions, through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for commercial sales. You’ll work one-on-one with businesses to present, design, and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions.

What you'll do:

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
• Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved
