Job summary

Caminar, Inc. seeks a Facility Administrator for Willow Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Redwood City, a 16-bed program serving San Mateo County residents living with serious mental illness. The role oversees day-to-day operations, budget, staff, and compliance, with a 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

weekday schedule at the Willow facility. You will partner with regulatory agencies and funders, drive quality improvement, supervise the leadership team, and ensure safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current license with the BBS (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) is required.
• Experience in substance use treatment delivery preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or ASL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Willow MHRC operational, staffing, and safety functions.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and CARF accreditation.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance; monthly review.
• Coach and develop the Willow MHRC leadership team.
• Communicate with regulators, funders, and community partners.

Skills

Substance use treatment experience

BBS license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC)

Bilingual in English/Spanish or ASL

Strong communication skills
