Job summary

gpac is seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer for a Missouri community bank to build relationships with farmers and agribusiness clients, meeting in the field to understand operations and tailor financing.

You will analyze credit risk, structure loan packages, and help grow a profitable, well-managed portfolio while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in community banking or lending.
• Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm/ranch experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgment and negotiation ability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field-literally-meeting with farmers, learning about their operations, and helping them access the financial tools they need to grow.
