Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months prior work experience.
• Working knowledge of the entire stockroom.
• Ability to work in a fast paced setting and stay calm under pressure.
• Communication with customers, supervisors, and Will Call employees.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to use a RADS gun.
• Able to stand and walk for the shift; lift up to 60 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach shelves and use ladders when needed.
• Move heavy equipment with hand trucks, dollies and lifting aids.

Responsibilities

• Pulls call-in orders and ensures accuracy.
• Checks orders for accuracy and reports discrepancies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the stock area.
• Supports store operations and training as needed.
• Demonstrates safety and loss prevention practices.
• Participates in audits and other company procedures.
