Job summary

Harbor FoodService in Kent, WA is seeking a Customer Support / Will Call representative to provide excellent customer service and reliable support to Team Members from the Will Call desk.

You will handle accurate computer-based order entry, process phone orders, resolve order problems, coordinate with vendors and sales teams, and participate in customer surveys; benefits include paid vacation, sick, personal and holidays, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to enter orders accurately in computer systems.
• Ability to work with multiple software platforms.
• Detail oriented and organized to meet deadlines.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient computer based order entry.
• Reporting as needed, solving problems with customers and Team Members.
• Notify substitutions or out of stock items to Team Members or customers.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Brokers, and Sales Team Members to optimize sales opportunities.
• Track order shipments and participate in Customer Service Survey calls.
• Take and process phone orders for pick up by customers and vendors.
• Process credits, invoices, and receipts; resolve order problems.
• Reconcile daily receivables and prepare daily deposit slip for cash & checks.
• Provide Will Call coverage when needed and support other duties as assigned.
