Job summary

UrbanX Pest & Wildlife Removal Service is seeking a Wildlife Specialist for year-round field work to address human–wildlife conflicts at homes and businesses in New Jersey. You will inspect properties, identify species from evidence, and implement humane removal and exclusion measures, reporting findings with photos and field notes.

The role involves installing one-way doors, sealing entry points, and providing customer explanations plus estimates.

Qualifications

• Interest or background in wildlife biology, natural resources, or a related field (degree preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, attics, and crawlspaces in all seasons.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; willingness to obtain state licenses/permits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, rooflines, and foundations for wildlife activity and damage.
• Identify species from signs and assess extent of the problem.
• Perform humane removal and exclusion work per state wildlife laws and welfare standards.
