UrbanX Pest & Wildlife is seeking a Seasonal Wildlife Technician to gain hands-on field experience solving human-wildlife conflicts at homes and businesses. You will inspect properties, identify species, and implement humane exclusion measures including one-way doors and entry-point sealing.

Work with experienced specialists, document findings, and communicate with property owners while adhering to safety protocols.

Competenze

• Coursework or degree in wildlife biology, natural resources, or a related field preferred; we’ll also consider strong field experience without a degree
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs and in attics and crawlspaces, in heat and other conditions
• Reliable and comfortable talking with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Mansioni

• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, rooflines, and foundations for wildlife activity and damage
• Identify species from tracks, droppings, nesting, and other sign
• Assist with humane removal and exclusion work in line with state wildlife laws and animal welfare standards
• Install one-way doors, vent covers, chimney caps, screening, and other exclusion materials
• Photograph and document findings in our field software
• Explain findings to property owners professionally
• Follow ladder, roof-access, PPE, and safety procedures
