Job summary

Pest-End is seeking a Wildlife Sales & Service Technician in Massachusetts. The role combines sales with hands-on wildlife control, from lead management to service delivery, including exclusion and repair work.

You will build relationships with residential and commercial clients, diagnose wildlife activity, and close service agreements while ensuring compliance with licensing and safety requirements. The position requires MA PAC licensing, prior sales experience, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in wildlife control, pest control, carpentry, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to sell services (inside/outside sales, route-based sales, or commission-based selling experience preferred).
• Strong comfort with customer-facing responsibilities including presenting pricing and closing work.
• Comfortable working with ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• Ability to safely operate power tools (drills, saws, etc.) independently.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, prospecting and closing wildlife service sales within an assigned territory.
• Perform wildlife services sold, including exclusion, trapping and repair work.
• Diagnose wildlife issues and present solutions with scope of work and timelines.
• Create pricing and estimates for wildlife services and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as primary point of contact from inspection to job completion.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure timely service delivery and proper follow-up.
