Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach associates through program execution, animal care, and standards.
• Coordinate staff, reservations, activities, and priorities for smooth operations.
• Uphold animal welfare through attentive husbandry and care standards.
• Oversee back‑of‑house standards, maintenance, and facilities for quality guest and animal experiences.
