Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife damage. You will inspect homes, explain solutions, and complete services including exclusion, trapping, or removal, while collecting payment and proposing add-on services.

Qualifications

• Pass state regulatory agency licensing/certification exams as required
• Pass internal technical exams
• Possess current Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife damage.
• Inspect the customer's home after asking questions to locate source of issue.
• Explain solutions and next steps to the customer after service (exclusion, trapping, or removal).
• Collect payment due and propose additional services that would benefit the customer.
• Run and schedule your own services with independence and accountability.
