Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Florida is hiring a full-time Wildlife Technician to protect residential and commercial properties through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. You will inspect structures from rooftops or ladders, identify entry points, and implement solutions, including sealing, caulking, or sheet-metal work.

You’ll schedule services and discuss additional protection with customers. The role requires a state licensing exam, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work 40

Qualifications

• State licensing or certification exams required.
• Pass internal technical exams.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Arrow uniform.
• Ability to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife damage.
• Inspect homes to locate the source of the issue.
• Explain solutions and next steps to customers.
• Collect payment due and propose additional services.
• Schedule and run services independently.
