Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round.
• Strong personal accountability and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Clear, direct communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and shifting priorities.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
