You will diagnose entry points, perform full-building exclusions, and repair structures to high standards.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and on roofs.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year‑round.
• Strong personal accountability and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Clear, direct communication skills.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting homes and buildings to locate every wildlife entry point.
• Diagnosing structural vulnerabilities and infestation causes.
• Performing full-building exclusion: sealing gaps, screening vents, reinforcing rooflines and façades.
• Carpentry and repair work to damaged structures.
• Installing exclusion materials to a durable, professional standard.
• Setting and removing wildlife traps as part of the exclusion process.
• Documenting work accurately with before/after records.
• Communicating findings and scope clearly with homeowners.
