Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Services is seeking a skilled Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to join our team. You will inspect properties, install exclusion barriers, and perform minor repairs to prevent wildlife entry.

This role requires a background in construction or related fields, the ability to work in the field across residential and commercial sites, and a commitment to safe, humane nuisance wildlife management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials (screens, chimney caps, vent covers, barriers).
• Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other entry points.
• Utilize trapping and relocation techniques to remove wildlife.
• Maintain records of services, materials, and interactions; provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
