Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for homes and small businesses.

You will identify entry points, implement humane prevention measures, and complete structural repairs while upholding safety and quality standards. You will inspect properties, install barriers, document work, and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify wildlife entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention solutions following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.
• Perform interior and exterior property inspections (roofs, attics, crawl spaces) to locate vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials (screens, chimney caps, vent covers, barriers) to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other entry points.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review completed scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address additional concerns or recommendations.
