Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Wildlife Specialist to visit customers and provide a full range of pest control services, focusing on exclusion, removal, and thorough site assessments to deliver high value and customer satisfaction.

You will inspect properties, perform ladder-related tasks, and build strong client relationships while maintaining a safe, clean work environment and operating a service vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Ladder and/or harness work experience.
• Understanding of different construction types.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized and punctual.
• Ability to lead others.
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by laws.
• Valid driver's license from residence state.

Responsibilities

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers, including inspections, trapping, baiting, and crawl-space work.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
