Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking Wildlife Specialists to address pest control needs, protect clients, and deliver high-value service. You will assess client needs and provide comprehensive solutions to ensure satisfaction.

The role involves exclusion work, animal removal, inspections, trapping, and site-specific recommendations, with emphasis on safety and effective client communication. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Experience with ladders/harness work.
• Understand construction types.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and be organized.

Responsibilities

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers, including inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry, roof work, crawl space barriers, insulation, debris removal.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
