Job summary

Corvus LLC in Clovis, New Mexico, is seeking experienced helicopter pilots for wildland fire suppression missions aboard the H125. This contractor role offers hands-on flight opportunities across diverse missions including aerial reclamation, wildlife support, and utility work, in a safe and professional environment.

Qualified candidates must have 2000+ PIC hours with mountain flying, current FAA rotorcraft license, and be willing to travel to remote sites; interagency carding and DOT drug

Qualifications

  • 2000+ PIC hours with mountain flying experience.
  • Wildland firefighting experience preferred.
  • Mountain flying experience required.
  • Wildlife experience and powerline/HEC exposure.
  • Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft License.
  • Interagency/DOT carding requirements apply.
  • Valid Class 1 or 2 Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug test.
  • Willing to travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the H125 to support wildland fire suppression.
  • Conduct external load operations.
  • Perform pre-/in-/post-flight inspections.
  • Represent the company professionally on contracts.
  • Promote safety at all times.
  • Travel to remote sites as needed.
  • Participate in reclamation and utility missions when available.
