Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field and six years of related engineering experience, or ten years of directly related engineering experience.
  • WA PS license and WA driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advance Snohomish County PUD's wildfire mitigation program to support safe, reliable, and resilient electric utility operations.
  • Develop and maintain wildfire mitigation plans, oversee risk assessments, and coordinate PSPS protocols.
  • Establish performance metrics to demonstrate measurable risk reduction and program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and industry partners, driving continuous program improvement.
