Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a restaurant setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry beverage cases.

Responsibilities

• Drink preparation: mixing cocktails, pouring beer/wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and take orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and manage bar inventory.
• Follow state/local liquor laws and check IDs to prevent underage service.
• Process payments via Toast and manage customer tabs.
• Support team with bar upkeep and food service as needed.
