Job summary

Amentum is seeking a WIDS Specialist Level I to support Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) operations for the Skywalker program. You will assist in administering Bastille WIDS, monitor RF activity, and support Monitoring & Response activities under senior guidance.

The role requires baseline RF theory, familiarity with DoD/IC protocols, strong communication, and willingness to travel worldwide. TS/SCI w/ poly clearance is required to work on a geographically separated team.

Qualifications

• Baseline RF theory and wireless protocol knowledge.
• Familiarity with wireless security monitoring or TSCM concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn WIDS technologies and security policies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day WIDS operations using the Bastille platform.
• Monitor wireless environments and identify unauthorized RF activity.
• Assist with Monitoring & Response activities and incident reporting.
• Operate wireless monitoring equipment under senior guidance.
• Maintain operational logs and reporting records.
