Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services seeks an Operations Manager for our DFW widebody operations, based at DFW. The role leads daytime operational readiness, staffing, compliance, and post-cleaning handoffs to evening operations.

The position requires coordinating with airline partners, airport authorities, and internal leadership to ensure every shift is staffed, trained, equipped, and ready before aircraft arrival, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations leadership in aviation or fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience managing frontline teams and supervisors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DFW airport/SIDA credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational readiness for the DFW widebody contracts.
• Review flight schedules, aircraft assignments, staffing requirements, and changes prior to each shift.
• Build and validate daily staffing plans with trained and badged coverage.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and documentation are staged before arrival.
• Supervise Supervisors, Leads, and frontline staff for performance.
• Coordinate with airline leadership, airport partners, and FoxTrot leadership on changes and requirements.
• Oversee cabin cleaning and pre-departure security-search execution.
• Maintain training records and security-certifications.
• Monitor labor utilization and address overtime and staffing gaps.
• Conduct audits and correct deficiencies promptly.
• Manage attendance and performance with coaching and action plans.
• Oversee handoff to evening/night leadership and close unresolved issues.
• Escalate risks to regional leadership.
