Job summary

Prodigi Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly motivated Wide Format Print Manager to lead the print production team and oversee the end-to-end workflow from design to shipping. You will drive quality, throughput and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, software-oriented manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in print production, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Canon and Epson wide format systems, as well as Onyx and Caldera RIPs.

Job description

Prodigi Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wide Format Print Manager to join our dynamic Print Production department. As the Wide Format Print Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire print production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the printing industry, preferably wide format and / or photo related giftware and be comfortable working in a software-oriented manufacturing business. Experience of printing on flat bed, Canon and Epson wide format equipment along with experience of Onyx and Caldera print rips are preferable.

You will be responsible for the print production arm of our USA facility. Working with the existing facility Production Manager, you will be expected to develop the local team, ensuring SLA targets are met as we scale-up operations and introduce more new products and equipment over the coming months.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee print production workflow from start to finish

• Manage team of print operators; provide training and support




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all aspects of print.




• Maintain printing equipment to ensure maximum uptime
