Job summary

A community health organization in Mount Vernon is seeking a WIC Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program. This role includes managing budgets, compliance with regulations, and supervision of staff, while also providing nutrition services. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree, leadership experience, and be bilingual. The position offers a salary range of $6,205.89 – $6,686.12 per month along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in maternal/child health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish program policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Manage annual budget, expenditures, and Medicaid billing.
• Educate staff and clients on public access programs.
