Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide intake services at the WIC clinic as a front-desk clerk.
• Obtain height, weight, and hemoglobin measurements for women, infants, and children.
• Collaborate with Records Specialists and Nutritionists to support clinic processes.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork while maintaining confidentiality of health records.
• Issue WIC EBT card benefits and document client data in FL-WiSE.
• Travel to multiple WIC clinic locations within the 10-county region; valid driver’s license required.
