Job summary

Watonwan County Human Services is seeking a full-time WIC Coordinator to lead the Watonwan County WIC program. The role includes managing program functions, assessing nutritional needs, providing nutrition and breastfeeding education, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Minnesota or PHN certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or closely related field encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage the local WIC program and oversee all functions.

• Offer breastfeeding education and ensure compliance with state/federal policies.
• Train and supervise staff and interact with state and regional WIC staff.
