New Hope Services in Indiana is seeking a WIC Clinic Manager to oversee the Jefferson County site. This full-time management role focuses on nutrition education, client referrals, and program administration with travel to clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience working in public health, pediatrics, and/or obstetrics.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Manager duties for assigned county(ies).
• Administer personnel policies and train new employees; oversee scheduler.
• Ensure staff deliver excellent customer service.
• Quality Assurance monitoring.
• Clinic inventory management.
• Outreach activities to facilities and clients.
• Update Community Resource and Referral contact information.
• Promote breastfeeding.
• Client certification duties and food package issuance.
