We are seeking a full-time Waste Recycling Laborer for the 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) with hourly compensation of $20.00.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, equipment operations, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory duties.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; zero to four years previous experience. Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent with zero to four years prior experience.

Work Environment

• Use motor coordination with finger dexterity occasionally.
• Exert physical effort handling objects less than 30 pounds most of the day.
• Potential exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals occasionally.
• Potential exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes occasionally.
