Job summary

Stonecliff Solutions is partnering with a publicly traded wireless hardware company in Texas to recruit a Wi‑Fi Test Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on Wi‑Fi testing experience.

You'll build and run test plans, perform OTA, throughput, roaming and interop tests, and own the lab while collaborating with hardware and firmware teams to fix issues and produce clear test reports.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Wi‑Fi testing or validation (Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7).
• Solid OTA and RF test experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6).
• Comfortable with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and packet capture.
• Python and Linux for test automation.
• Familiarity with FCC, CTIA or Wi‑Fi certification testing.
• Can work the 2–10 PM shift.

They need a Wi-Fi Test Engineer who knows 802.11 inside and out, is comfortable in the lab, and can explain test results clearly to both engineers and customers.
