Job summary

Sasken Technologies Limited in Palo Alto is seeking a seasoned Wi‑Fi software engineer to develop, debug, and enhance connectivity in our in-vehicle systems. You will triage issues, analyze logs, and deliver fixes across the Wi‑Fi stack.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in wireless software, hands-on C/C++ in Linux or Android embedded environments, and experience shipping Wi‑Fi products plus post-launch issue resolution. Certification work (WFA or CarPlay/Android Auto) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Wi-Fi or wireless connectivity software development experience.
• Experience developing and shipping Wi-Fi-enabled products and resolving post-launch issues.
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi certification (WFA) and/or CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity certification.

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Wi-Fi software stack and ability to independently debug and fix issues.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi Direct, SoftAP, and 802.11 standards.
• Strong C/C++ development skills in Linux or Android embedded environments.
• A self-starter who can work independently and deliver fixes quickly.
