Qualifications

• PhD, MSc, or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Focus on radio and physical layer aspects of wireless communication preferred.
• Solid background in wireless networks and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international researchers and standardization experts to develop Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Conduct research on future Wi‑Fi generations across PHY and MAC layers.
• Develop research strategies and drive standardization efforts for IEEE 802.11 evolution.
• Build, extend, and use PHY/MAC simulators to generate results for standards contributions.
• Evaluate proposals and coordinate with stakeholders across R&D and product teams.
• Represent Ericsson in SDOs, academia, and customer meetings; communicate results.
