Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) OpEx to lead cross-functional safety improvement programs. You will define project roadmaps, drive execution, and report progress to senior leaders while coordinating with multiple teams to harmonize efforts toward common goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, analytical problem solving, and strong collaboration across tech and non-tech stakeholders. Some travel may be required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
