Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a WHS Program Manager for AMZL WHS to build and run safety programs that create a safe workplace and a strongest safety culture across regions.

You will dive into operations, identify risks from data, lead large programs, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and Maintenance. This role is based in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA or Nashville, TN with 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead large, strategic programs within AMZL and across geographies.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to align goals.
• Coordinate portfolio from inception to delivery and track milestones.
• Define metrics to measure program success and communicate results.
• Prepare weekly metrics and lead high-profile steering meetings with leadership.
• Present program roadmaps to senior leadership regularly.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for decisions.
