Job summary

Stellantis invites students to join its Wellbeing, Health, and Safety (WHS) internship at a Toledo area manufacturing plant. You will contribute to real-world safety and compliance projects, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with plant WHS teams through structured activities and mentorship.

The program runs May through August 2027, offering exposure to labor relations, staffing, and employee engagement while supporting production excellence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Willing to work in-person at a Toledo, OH-area plant and 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and administering safety processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support WHS training programs and compliance tracking.
• Analyze injury/illness data and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Participate in safety reviews of new equipment and regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to WHS improvement projects aligned with SPW and OHSAS 18001.
