Job summary

Stellantis is offering a Wellbeing, Health, and Safety (WHS) internship based in the Toledo, OH area. The program runs May through August 2027 and provides hands‑on exposure to safety processes within a manufacturing environment.

Interns gain real‑world experience through audits, training, data analysis, and safety reviews, while receiving mentorship and networking opportunities from experienced WHS professionals. In‑person participation is required at a Toledo plant.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work full‑time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to work in‑person at a Toledo, OH area manufacturing plant.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing and able to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of WHS processes to ensure compliance with regulations and Stellantis policies.
• Assist with safety audits and assessments.
• Support WHS training programs and compliance tracking.
• Analyze injury/illness data and assist with root cause analysis.
• Participate in new equipment safety reviews.
• Assist with safety reporting, documentation, and regulatory inspections.
