Job summary

Dôen is seeking a Wholesale Warehouse Clerk in Carson, CA to support receiving, fulfillment, shipping and QC activities for our wholesale business. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining shipment quality, adhering to vendor guides, labeling and organizing stock, and coordinating with Wholesale/Logistics teams. Excellent English communication and 2–3 years warehouse experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support wholesale operational initiatives across receiving, fulfillment, shipping and quality control.
• Maintain quality control for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure compliance with vendor shipping guides.
• Re-pack shipments per vendor guides.
• Manage incoming products and labeling shipments.
• Update Wholesale, Operations, and Logistics on orders.
• Assist with timing adjustments for deliveries.
• Procure shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels).
• Assist inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies.
• Prepare replenishment orders and sort items to warehouse locations.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse space.
• Prepare orders for shipping and verify items are defect-free.
