Job summary

White Cap is hiring a warehouse associate to manage shipping and receiving in our distribution center in California. You will prepare customs paperwork, operate material handling equipment, and fulfill orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities include reviewing shipping orders, locating products, loading/unloading, labeling, and processing documents using a computerized system. The role requires 0-2 years of experience and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Experience with shipping paperwork and labeling.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and computerized shipping systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping orders and locate product in warehouse.
• Load/unload material onto pallets and prepare shipments.
• Prepare inventory for shipment and apply shipping labels.
• Process shipping orders using computerized systems.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
