The Wholesale Transportation Underwriter primarily manages underwriting through appointed wholesale brokers, with a broad focus across many industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Commercial Auto underwriting experience; transportation underwriting preferred.
• Knowledge of rating fundamentals.
• Experience working with wholesale brokers preferred.
• Strong relationship development and maintenance skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Position title and level will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Location:

This role offers hybrid or remote work options. Candidates near our offices (Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Creve Coeur, MO; Frisco, TX; Greenwood Village, CO; Hartford, CT; New York, NY; Omaha, NE; Overland Park, KS; San Francisco, CA; Scottsdale, AZ; Troy, MI) are expected to work in-office three days a week. Remote candidates should be prepared to visit an office as needed.

Compensation:

The annual base pay range is estimated based on market data and may vary depending on experience, performance, and competencies. The range is $101,200 - $192,000. Compensation includes base salary and potential bonuses, incentives, and recognition.
