Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field; or 4+ years of related industry experience.
• Sedentary work; ability to work as part of a team and manage time effectively.
• Must adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley controls and participate in testing those controls.

Responsibilities

• Enter transaction and billing determinant data into systems.
• Reconcile data between systems under direction of others.
• Prepare, administer and analyze invoice and allocation results against contractual and regulatory commitments; resolve discrepancies.
• Document desktop procedures and operate settlement systems per procedures; suggest process improvements.
• Estimate and actualize revenue, expense, and allocations to operating companies and GL accounts; assist in analysis.
• Maintain contract files, invoices, audit requests, and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare basic schedules and documents to support regulatory filings and information requests.
• Demonstrate understanding of wholesale contracts, regulatory agreements, and RTO settlements.
• Use reporting tools to provide informational support to financial and operational functions.
