Clif Family, a B Corp certified business, seeks a Wholesale Sales Coordinator in St. Helena, CA to support daily sales operations and trade marketing for wholesale wine and specialty foods.

You'll process orders and samples, maintain records, build prospect databases, and supply the sales team with up-to-date tools and materials. The role requires organizational rigor, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for events.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in wine or food sales, preferably with both on-premise and retail channels.
• Proficient with CRMs, order management systems, Excel, Google Workspace and Canva.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Mansioni

• Process wholesale wine and specialty food orders from entry through fulfillment, coordinating with operations, the warehouse and distributors on inventory, pricing and ship dates.
• Process wholesale sample requests for sales reps, distributors, buyers and prospects.
• Monitor inventory and allocations for wholesale SKUs and flag low stock, vintage changes and new releases to the team.
• Help resolve order issues — shorts, breakage, invoicing questions and returns.
• Provide order support to Corporate Gifting Sales Manager during high impact gifting seasons.
