Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated sales conversations, product recommendations, quotes, and other commercial artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on customer relevance, negotiation soundness, and sales effectiveness.
• Review pricing, product recommendations, order handling, and post-sale support and provide expert feedback
