Job summary

Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Sales Support Specialist to assist Wholesale partners with orders, data upkeep, and account coordination. You’ll collaborate with Order Management to resolve issues and support the sales team on onboarding and product information.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales support, strong communication, and Excel skills. This role involves data entry and customer-first hospitality in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Familiarity with wholesale and retail landscape.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for Wholesale partners.
• Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and handle requests professionally.
• Maintain onboarding data and train accounts on a B2B platform.
• Support seasonal order submissions, line sheet distribution, pricing and product info.
• Enter orders, process RMAs, and coordinate billing issues; monitor MAP policy.
