Brunswick Corporation, Navico Group’s wholesale leader, seeks a Director of Sales, Wholesale to drive performance across distributors and strategic partners. You’ll build a high-caliber KAM team, govern account planning, and partner with senior stakeholders to balance short-term revenue with long-term value creation.

The role requires extensive wholesale sales experience, strong leadership, and a data-driven mindset to steer growth and enterprise-wide initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business-focused education.
• 10+ years sales management experience; marine industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data.
• Proven track record of growing wholesale and distribution channels.
• CRM proficiency and strategic account management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, lead and coach a high-performing Wholesale KAM organization.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic accounts and executives.
• Define and execute the wholesale sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Forecast, pipeline management and governance to ensure consistent performance.
• Collaborate across functions (sales, marketing, product, finance) to optimize channel outcomes.
