Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven territory-management and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wholesale KAMs for Navico Group’s key accounts.
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and strategic thinking.
• Define and implement a robust KAM framework and operating model.
• Oversee QBRs with top accounts ensuring alignment on objectives and growth.
• Balance short-term revenue with long-term value creation and portfolio mix.
