About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst with a strong background in retail buying or wholesale sales. This role supports the Sales Manager by analyzing sales data, creating reports, and managing communications with buyers across e-commerce platforms, specialty stores, and branded license accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and assist in style selling reports using Excel.
• Interpret retail sales reports and sales plans to support business decisions.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to manage accounts and deliver timely updates and data to buyers.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track sell-throughs, inventory, and performance by style.
• Help coordinate communications with e-commerce, specialty, and license branded stores.
• Provide administrative support for the sales team and senior management.
• Assist in prospecting and soliciting new accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of combined experience in a retail buying office or wholesale sales role.
• Strong understanding of retail math (sell-through, turns, initial markups).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; other tech platforms a plus.
• Familiarity with .com businesses and specialty retail operations.
• Experience working with accessories is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
