Pomp’s Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Tire Sales Associate to join our team in Michigan. You’ll sell wholesale and commercial tires, retreads, and related services while building strong relationships with current accounts and establishing new ones.

You will handle inquiries, greet visitors, and manage appointment scheduling to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of tire industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert recommendations on available services and products.
• Sell wholesale and commercial tires, retreads, and related services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while proactively establishing new wholesale accounts.
• Deliver exceptional, professional service to customers, ensuring their tire and service needs are met with quality solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
